Nicely shaped ‘Woman’s Knife’. Named after the mythological wife of the Norse god Odin.
Inspired by the knife made by blacksmith Thijs van de Manakker, who also gave this knife it’s feminine name. He based his design for his woman’s knife on a knife found in Siegerland, from the early Roman period. Widely used in the re-enactment/living history community as a Viking knife or a Celtic knife.
Full-tang knife with curled handle .
